OLIVER CHAN HENG CHOON 
PhD candidate, University of South Florida

Oliver obtained his Masters in Forensic Psychology at Marymount University in 2005 and has worked as an FBI Violent Criminal Apprehension Program Analyst at the Washington DC Metropolitan Police Department's Homicide Case Review Unit after graduating there. He is now pursuing his PhD in Criminology in the University of South Florida.
CELESTIE CHAN SHIAO CHING 
Sports Coach

A former student of Bukit Jalil National Sports School, Kuala Lumpur, Celestie won 3 gold and 2 silver medals during the 2001 SEA Games for gymnastics. With over 7 years of international competitive experience, she was recently appointed the gymnastics coach for the Western Australian State Team.
FARAH GULAMOYDEEN 
Research Assistant, National Institute of Education, Nanyang Technological University
Farah completed a double degree in Psychology and Business Management. She completed her Master of Clinical Psychology at HELP and presented at the Regional Conference on Special Needs Education on the usage of CBT with school teachers to identify students with learning disabilities. Farah is currently a research assistant at the NTU Singapore for a project on video gaming among Singaporean youth.
NG SIEW LI 
Fulbright Scholar, PhD Candidate at Central Michigan University

A former student of SMK Damansara Jaya, Siew Li scored 9 As in her SPM. She was a recipient of the HELP Distinction Scholarship and graduated BPsych with First Class Honours. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Clinical Psychology on a Fulbright Scholarship at the Central Michigan University. She also obtained the International Peace Scholarship Fund.
WONG XIAO QING
Training Specialist, General Electric
A former student of SMK Taman Melawati, KL, she obtained 10 As in her SPM. She represented Malaysia at the 2004 English Speaking Union International Public Speaking Competition in London where she won the Audience Choice Award. She is also the winner of the University of Otago Award for Academic Excellence and the HELP Merit and Distinction Scholarship Awards.
ATHIFA IBRAHIM 
Masters graduate, London School of Economics

Athifa was ranked as one of the top 10 students in the Maldives. She graduated cum laude and recently completed her MSc in Organizational & Social Psychology at the London School of Economics. Currently, she is working as the Head of Planning Section in the Policy Planning Division of the Ministry of Health and Family, Maldives.
DR NG YIN LU
PhD graduate, University of South Australia
Yin Lu completed her PhD in Management (UniSA) on a UniSA President's scholarship. She completed her BA Psychology (University of Queensland) with a distinction average. At HELP, she received the Distinction Award. She has been involved in different research projects, locally and internationally, with experienced researchers and professors.
SARAH LIM POE YIAN
Management Consultant, Shell
Sarah completed a Psychology honours degree in Bemidji State University. Sarah was the first recipient of the Centre for Psychology Award for being the top student of the HELP psychology program with a Grade A average. She is currently the Planning Lead in Shell's Application Support Strategy & Planning Organisation.
M CHARIS GEEVARUGHESE 
Fulbright Scholar, PhD Candidate at Biola University

A former student of Convent Johor Bahru, Charis scored 9 As in her SPM. She completed her degree (cum laude) in Psychology and Communication and was attached to Hospital Permai JB, understudying the resident psychologist. She is completing her PhD in Clinical Psychology on a Fulbright Scholarship at Biola University, Southern California.
SULYNN CHOONG 
Training Consultant

Sulynn is a graduate of the Master of Applied Positive Psychology degree from, and a Visiting Scholar at, the University of Pennsylvania where she trained under renowned psychologist Martin Seligman. Besides her private practice as a Positive Change consultant and certified professional coach, Sulynn teaches courses and facilitates workshops.
SUZANNE CHONG 
PhD candidate, University of North Texas

A former student of SMK Damansara Jaya and a BPsych graduate of HELP, Suzanne was the former president of the Psychology Peer Support Group and a peer mentor for Mentoring Malaysia (UNICEF). She also worked as a graduate tutor at HELP and was awarded the Academic Achievement Award from the University of North Texas. She is currently completing her PhD in Clinical Psychology.
DANIEL FUNG KHENG JOO
PhD candidate, Minnesota State University 
One of the top 3 students of his class, Daniel was awarded the HELP Merit Award and served as a student tutor and research assistant at the HELP Centre for Psychology. He is currently pursuing his PhD in Clinical Psychology at the Minnesota State University.
SABRINA GOH
PhD candidate, University of Otago
A former student of Convent Bukit Nanas KL, Sabrina completed her Masters in Psychology at the University of Otago, New Zealand where she is currently pursuing her PhD.
HANNAH LIM PEI ERN
HR Advisor
Hannah won the University of Leeds Award of Excellence in her third year, in addition to receiving a full scholarship from HELP. She was a senior tutor as well as the former president of the HELP Psychology Student Council. She was selected to join GE's Graduate Leadership Program while studying in HELP. She is currently an HR advisor in Shell Malaysia.
LIM BEE TENG 
PhD graduate, University of Otago 
A former student of SMK Mentakab, Pahang, she scored 10 As in her SPM. She received the New Zealand International Doctoral Research Scholarship to pursue her PhD in Psychology after completing her Honours Degree in Psychology in the University of Otago. Recipient of the HELP Merit Scholarship Award.
ADELLE PUSHPARATNAM
PhD candidate Cambridge University 
A former student of SMK Subang Utama, Adelle scored 10 A1s in her SPM. She was awarded HELP's Student Achiever Scholarship Award. She completed her MPhil in Social and Developmental Psychology at Cambridge and is now pursuing her PhD funded by scholarships from the Cambridge Overseas Trust and the Tunku Abdul Rahman Fund. Her doctoral research concerns the recognition, diagnosis and treatment of Autism Spectrum Disorder in Malaysia and the UK.
Scholarships are offered to deserving students by HELP University. Students interested to join HELP University should register as soon as possible because the hostel runs out quickly.
