Top Cambridge and Edexcel A-Levels Programme in Malaysia at HELP University

27 students from HELP University obtained straight A's in the January 2014 results.

HELP University students constantly achieve excellent results to obtain scholarships from top universities in the world. Chang Ruo Lin, who is a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) Year 1 student at HELP University has been awarded The Melbourne International Fee Remission Scholarship (MIFRS).
This Scholarship will cover part of her tuition fee at the University of Melbourne for the duration of her studies at the university. A point to note is that Ms. Chang Ruo Lin also scored 4 As in her A-Levels at HELP University.
In the June 2013 A-Level exam results, there was a dramatic increase in the number of straight A's from 40% last year to 46.5% this year was announced: a total of 135 students scored straight A's.
Once again, HELP University has shown that they are the best for A-Levels in Malaysia.
The top scorers were commended by the senior management of HELP, as well as the Chancellor Dato’ Paul Leong.

Twin sisters Cherilyn and Jacqueline had scored 4 Straight As: Jacqueline 4 A* and Cherilyn 3 A* and 1 A.
Jacqueline is toying with the idea of studying music in the UK, before getting a degree. Both of them have not really decided what to study, but most likely they’ll settle for Engineering.
They took similar A-Level subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Math and Further Math.
Calvin Yeoh Kai Yuan (left) was offered admission to 4 top universities: Imperial College London, University College London, Oxford University and Stanford University.
He has chosen Stanford, where he will study Economics on a Bank Negara scholarship. Calvin scored A* in Physics, Maths and Further Maths; and A in Economics.

Daniel Ong Ying Yao
A* in Biology, A in Chemistry and Physics. Daniel will study Medicine at Manchester University. Daniel was President of the SASA Council at HELP.
Kelly Ng Wen Yi
A* in Chemistry, A in Biology, Maths and Physics. Kelly will study Architecture at the University of Bath. She has a special fascination with the classical style.
Kailash Kalaiarasu, ex-St John’s Institution KL, scored A in Physics, Chemisty and Economics, and A* in Math. He will study Law at University College London on a JPA scholarship.

Cambridge Trust scholarship, returned home for a vacation in Malaysia, but it was not to be a quiet vacation. She also helps with other Malaysian Cambridge students to organise an orientation program for other students about to be admitted to Cambridge.
She was also delighted to learn she had been awarded the Pearson Edexcel High Achiever Award, and attended a special Pearson Edexcel ceremony with her parents to receive the award. Melissa is one of 5 HELP University students to be awarded for their performance in the 2013 Edexcel ALevels exams.
